Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC) offering virtual and in-person sessions; I am trained in helping clients struggling with trauma and addictions using multiple modalities including EMDR, Bi-lateral stimulation, IFS, and HNLP. I specialize in helping people with autism, life trauma, and addiction to better understand and love themselves and others and to thrive in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is nonjudgemental and open and I listen intently using neurocognitive modalities geared to help with conscious and unconscious trauma resolution.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect rapport buidling and an open approach to understanding and discussing their problems, and can choose to go home with some practices to try in between sessions. If you are paying in cash, I charge $120 but less if you commit in bulk ($100 each for a batch of 10).
