I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping teens and young adults overcome anxiety, symptoms of trauma, and how to build healthy relationships. I have been working with teens and young adults struggling with mental health since 2011 and practicing as a Clinical Therapist since graduating with my MSW in 2017. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, piano, recording music, playing hockey, video games, VR and going on adventures with my kid.

My approach to therapy

I often utilize video games & VR as therapeutic tools combined with evidence-based methods like cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR to assist my clients achieve their goals. I operate from a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens, and I use a solutions focused and strengths-based approaches to therapy. My clients often describe me as warm, "chill," fun, non-judgmental, and helpful.
