My approach to therapy

Psychotherapy is NOT a one size fits all approach to improving mental health. Therapy needs to be structured to the nature and needs of the parties involved. While Dr. Kremin is knowledgeable of major therapeutic approaches, an in-depth knowledge of the patients and their unique needs and expectations is the first step in developing an effective treatment plan.
