Over the last 20 years of work in the health care industry I noticed a recurring theme, my passion to help others work through their life struggles. In addition to my time as a therapist, I also work with emergency medical services in public education, public relations.

My approach to therapy

I completed my Masters in Social Work from USC, a top 10 ranked program. Using my specialties in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Problem Solving Intervention (PSI) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), my focus is to provide the support my clients deserve and need.
