Great to meet you!

Going to therapy entails inviting someone into the most intimate and vulnerable parts of you. I do not take that lightly and strive to create a calming and safe space to help my clients feel as comfortable as possible. I have a lot of success helping clients move through symptoms of anxiety and depression, particularly as it relates to distress in interpersonal relationships. I enjoy working with couples to help them gain a deeper understanding of themselves and each other, and ultimately strengthen their bond and connection. I have a special interest in Narcissistic Personality Disorder and enjoy helping clients find peace after experiencing a relationship with a narcissistic partner/parent/friend/ etc. If you suspect you have suffered from narcissistic abuse, I would be honored to help you along that healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My first priority in any therapy session is to get a thorough understanding of you, your life, your experiences, your strengths and challenges. I believe in the power of going deeper, beyond the immediate problem, to discover patterns of behavior and coping that may be contributing to relationship disfunction and general feelings of unhappiness. From there, we can develop awareness and create new neural pathways to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

When clients leave a session with me, they can expect to feel heard and understood. I work with clients to enhance self awareness and develop healthy tools to live a more fulfilling life.
