Great to meet you!

It’s difficult asking for help. Sometimes the first step is recognizing we need support. It’s okay if you don’t even know what you need; I’m here to help so we can put together a plan that feels possible.

I have provided therapeutic support for over 25 years. Along with training in DBT, CBT, CPT and MI, I have been trained in various techniques that enable me to help you reach a healthier and fuller potential.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic style, drawing on my experience, education and training to individualize the therapeutic process. I will shape therapeutic techniques to meet your needs.

What you can expect from me

I want you to let me know how I can help you. I will always put your most emergent needs first and will help you with whatever you prioritize. I begin the session checking in with how you're doing in order to determine what your most critical challenges are. And I will always conclude ensuring you feel safe and grounded, and better than when you began the session.
