Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when challenges begin piling up faster than you can manage them. Whether you're struggling with substance use, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or the stress of trying to keep everything together, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with greater confidence. I work with adolescents, adults, seniors, and couples who are feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to create lasting change. Many of my clients come to therapy after trying to solve everything on their own, only to find themselves repeating the same patterns. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and build practical tools that help you create a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, direct, and solution oriented. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical strategies that can be used outside of sessions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Couples Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use concerns, ADHD symptoms, stress, or mood instability. I believe meaningful progress happens one step at a time, and my role is to help you build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and create realistic strategies that support lasting growth. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we'll work together to create change that feels achievable and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a direct, empowering, and compassionate approach grounded in genuine empathy. I strive to create a space where you can openly share your thoughts and experiences without fear of judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you create meaningful progress rather than simply talking about problems. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you, develop tools you can use in everyday life, and work toward the changes you want to see. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, encouraged, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and emotional balance. You don't have to face everything alone, and meaningful change is possible.
