Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience as a therapist, I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients are truly heard and valued. I specialize in helping people who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I also incorporate a variety of other effective modalities to tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs. I believe in working together to identify goals, build on strengths, and find practical, meaningful solutions. My background also allows me to integrate wellness tools that support both emotional and overall well-being. The vision you have of creating a healthier, more fulfilling life is possible — and I’m here to help you take those steps forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe space where you can bring your whole self to each session. Together, we’ll explore what’s working in your life and where unhelpful patterns may be keeping you stuck. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapies to offer practical tools and strategies that support meaningful change. I strive to strike a thoughtful balance — offering compassion and support, while also gently challenging thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back from the life you want.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, greater clarity around their needs/wants, and practical tools to support change in their daily lives. My goal is for you to feel supported, and empowered — even when the work is hard. You will begin to notice shifts in how you relate to yourself and others, how you manage stress or pain, and how you move through life with more confidence and intention. I hope each session feels like a space where insight leads to action, and where small steps forward are recognized and celebrated.
