Great to meet you!

My name is Darice (dah-reece) I have been a therapist for 6 years now. I have worked with many different populations and demographics, most extensively with teens, families, and young adults. I have helped many individuals of all ages and back grounds work through different life struggles including grief and loss, processing childhood trauma, relationship stress, setting boundaries with loved ones, and much more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is Client Centered. I am super flexible in being the therapist you need, no matter where you are in you journey. We will set goals together and track progress, but it's up to you if you would like a direct solution oriented approach with homework, if you just need space to process and lay everything on the table, psychoeducation and teaching around common mental health struggles and treatments, or all of the above!

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to walk away from our first session with a sense of relief, and feeling like we have a plan in place to make things better for you, to get "unstuck". You'll know it wont be easy, but maybe for the first time in a long time, you'll feel like change is possible.
