Great to meet you!

Sometimes people spend years carrying everything on their own—taking care of family, showing up for work, handling responsibilities—while quietly struggling themselves. Reaching out for support isn't always easy, especially when you've been used to figuring things out alone.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 11 years of experience, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, gain insight into what you're experiencing, and develop practical tools for lasting change. I work with adults facing depression, bipolar disorder, family and relationship challenges, stress, trauma, and men's issues. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels collaborative, honest, and tailored to your unique experiences. Together, we'll explore the patterns, thoughts, relationships, and life experiences that may be contributing to your challenges while focusing on practical strategies that support real progress.

My approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and behavioral interventions. Whether you're navigating depression, bipolar disorder, family conflict, men's issues, or major life transitions, we'll work toward building insight, resilience, and skills that support long-term growth and stability.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported without judgment.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical guidance. We'll identify strengths you can build on, develop tools to navigate life's challenges, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered moving forward.
