If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship distress, or family Mal-adaptive interaction styles, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage Family and Child Therapy from University of Phoenix. I have been in the field for nearly ten years.

My approach to therapy

I am compassionate about the work I do. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through moments of life transitions and developmental changes. My approach is an integrative evidenced based collaboration which include Person Centered/Rogerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Family Systems, EFT, and Solution Focused Therapy in a safe, open, and non-judgmental environment.

I offer virtual session, which enables the client to attend sessions from the privacy of their home.
