Great to meet you!

I’m a Canadian and U.S.-licensed therapist with years of experience supporting adults, couples, and families through trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. Many of my clients are navigating complex life transitions, burnout, or the emotional weight of long-held patterns that no longer serve them.

As a South Asian therapist with a multicultural background, I bring cultural humility, lived insight, and a deep respect for the ways our family histories, cultural identities, and environments shape our emotional worlds. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those who are neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, or healing from intergenerational trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and mindfulness practices to help you better understand yourself and your patterns. I don’t believe therapy is one-size-fits-all — our work will be tailored to your needs, story, and goals.

Whether we’re unpacking past trauma, strengthening your relationships, or reconnecting you with your sense of self, I aim to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and deeply respectful of your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more grounded, emotionally aware, and connected to their values. You can expect a balance of insight and practical tools and a therapist who’s not afraid to gently challenge patterns holding you back.

I hope you walk away with clarity, self-compassion, and the confidence to create meaningful change in your life and relationships.
