Great to meet you!

Our human experience can carry trauma, and I bring both clinical training and real-world experience in trauma informed care from health care and higher education. I support people in moving toward health-based emotional and mental well-being. My work integrates clinical knowledge with embodied, brain-based approaches to healing. Light-hearted and warm, I deeply value each person's unique story and inner world. I work primarily with adults, navigating phobias, anxiety, chronic nervous system dysregulation, relational repair, challenging life transitions, and persistent survival patterns. I continually expand my knowledge through innovative and evidence-based tools.

My approach to therapy

I naturally attune to my clients and honor their innate capacity to access their inner wisdom, growth and healing. I take a whole-person approach - addressing mind, nervous system and and relational patterns together rather than in isolation. Drawing from Interpersonal Neurobiology, parts informed work, and neuroscience-based mindfulness tools, I use what is effective and appropriate for each person. From the beginning, I offer practical tools for self-support, helping clients build confidence, ease and sustainable return to their own inherent power.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect to feel met, heard, and thoughtfully witnessed as we explore what is bringing you into this work. We clarify intentions and goals, begin identifying patterns beneath the surface, and create a clear direction for healing, growth, and long-lasting change. Many clients leave the first session with increased clarity, a felt sense of relief and empowered confidence that real change is possible. While we do not resolve everything in one meeting, we create the conditions for the nervous system to settle and begin integrating in a way that feels safe, regulated and sustainable.
