Great to meet you!

I create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to heal and share your pain. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. I have 18 years of experience (pre-licensure & licensed) working in various crisis facilities, rehabilitation centers, outpatient clinics, and telehealth settings, serving a diverse range of teens, adults, and couples. I’m comfortable dealing with people experiencing crisis, addiction, mood disorders, trauma, and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

I am a professional and take this risk you are embarking on seriously. I do infuse humor and levity, and consider myself a personable individual. People feel seen, understood, and respected by me. This is a relationship, and I want you to heal. My approach is non-dogmatic, drawing on CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, and psychodynamic approaches.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include some professional formalities, sharing goals for treatment, and starting to develop rapport and trust so we can get where you want to be.
