Great to meet you!

If you’re struggling with your career, facing family conflict, or simply trying to figure out what you want next in life, let’s talk. Since 2010, I’ve helped people navigate significant life decisions and confront challenges related to grief, identity, employment, relationships, and illness. I work with adults at all life stages, including professionals dealing with burnout and career pivots, young adults figuring out their path, and people carrying the weight of major life change.

In addition to my counseling experience, I’ve lived a full and varied professional life: working in corporate environments like Toyota, serving in nonprofit and local government positions, and supporting students in higher education.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in humanistic, person-centered principles, which means I start from a place of genuine respect for who you are and what you’ve been through. I ask questions, listen carefully, and reflect back what I’m hearing so you can see your situation more clearly. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, identify obstacles in your way, and build on your strengths so you can move forward with insight and clarity.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and determine how we can work together most effectively. I'll spend time learning about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

If I can assist you, reach out and book a session using the calendar link.
