Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience helping individuals across all stages of life—children, teens, adults, and seniors. I am licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin and provide care exclusively through telehealth, offering flexibility and accessibility to my clients.

My practice emphasizes psychological testing as a key component of understanding and addressing each client’s unique needs. These assessments provide valuable insights into your strengths, challenges, and patterns, helping us create a more targeted and effective treatment plan.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns. My clients often describe me as compassionate, optimistic, and approachable, which helps foster a strong therapeutic connection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that success comes from developing and maintaining self-esteem. I use principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping clients accept their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or feeling controlled by them.

I aim to help you build a positive relationship with yourself, make healthy decisions, and navigate life’s difficulties with confidence. Together, we’ll work on identifying what truly matters to you and taking meaningful steps toward those values, even in the face of challenges.

By combining honesty and empathy, I challenge and support my clients in a way that feels both encouraging and empowering. My goal is to create a therapeutic experience that feels more like talking to a trusted friend than a doctor, while still providing professional guidance and expertise.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on building a foundation of trust and understanding. I’ll take the time to learn about your background, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. We’ll discuss your values, goals, and any specific concerns you’d like to address.

This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and share anything you feel is important for me to know. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard and supported.

Together, we’ll begin to outline a personalized plan for your care, which may include psychological testing, therapy, or a combination of approaches tailored to your unique needs.
