Great to meet you!

For in person sessions contact me at my office phone. 270-681-7820. When I work with the client I work to ensure that they are heard and empowered to reach the goals they want to achieve. I have limited space available but you can reach me at the phone number listed above and we can workout a time that will work for you.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is a start point, a mid point, and a end point to therapy. My job is to work myself out of a job by giving you the tools and skills to handle most situations. I know as a Therapist I have as much work to do as you do. I will put in the work to help you ensure you reach the goals you want to achieve.

What you can expect from me

On our first visit you should expect to spend sometime telling me your story, and getting to know each other. We will discuss what you are wanting to achieve out of therapy and work together to come up with a plan that will lead you to that point.
