My approach to therapy is semi structured. I don't follow a cookie cutter manual, but we won't get stuck in a "just chatting" formula either- I want your sessions to be meaningful.
Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper sense of self-understanding. I focus on helping people recognize how their thoughts, feelings, and relationships are connected, while also building strategies they can use in everyday life.
