Great to meet you!

Most of us would like to feel closer to those we love and overcome obstacles to personal growth. However, we often get stuck in patterns of relating and behaviors that fall short of what we truly desire. My passion is to see people find healing and experience growth as individuals and in their personal relationships.

My approach to therapy

To change, it is helpful to understand how and why we respond to stressful situations and difficult relationships in the way we do. We will work together to explore limiting thoughts, past traumas and coping patterns that negatively affect the present. Awareness of problematic thinking and behavior patterns clarifies goals for change, growth and health.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is an opportunity for growth. Along with increased self-awareness, clients improve their conflict-resolution skills and emotional regulation, which leads to healthier relationships. Therapy provides a safe place for clients to process and navigate the emotional complexities that come during trying times, such as illness, divorce, caretaking, grief and bereavement.
