Great to meet you!

I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that makes them excited to wake up in the morning. Unfortunately, many people live imprisoned in negativity brought upon by childhood trauma, abusive relationships, or toxic work environments. I have worked with survivors of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, and childhood trauma. I enjoy building genuine connection with my clients and seeing them surpass their expectations in creating a life worth living.

My approach to therapy

My job is to provide a safe place where you can work through your pain to understand the patterns of living that have kept you from moving forward. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support people struggling with anxiety, depression, and relationship conflict to develop self-compassion and inner strength in order to embrace life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

I strive to ensure every client I work with feels heard and understood. I believe that therapy should be a partnership where I empower you to make decisions and take steps to move forward.
