Great to meet you!

As a board certified Psychiatric Mental Healthcare Nurse Practitioner. I believe mental health is equally important to physical health. Stability in mental health is linked to better focus, concentration, and motivation, which directly impacts performance at all aspects of life. I have been working in the mental healthcare sector for 5 years, focusing on various population groups to include children/adolescents and adults who are suffering from depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and maladaptive behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is wholistic and client focused. I consider all aspects of your life when making treatment decisions. When we choose to work together, we’ll move forward as partners in your therapeutic process. Open communication and mutual respect are essential to me. I’m here to listen, offer thoughtful challenges, and support you throughout your journey.

What you can expect from me

I begin with an introductory session where you’ll have space to share your story and explore what you hope to gain from therapy. We’ll work together to clarify your goals. My aim is to create a warm, nonjudgmental, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being open and vulnerable, while also feeling safe and supported. From there, we’ll continue working together in future sessions to help turn those goals into meaningful progress.
