Great to meet you!

Great to meet you. I work with women, young adults, teens, and families who may look like they’re holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, mentally exhausted, or stuck internally.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, ADHD, stress, burnout, mood changes, overthinking, and life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand what’s going on, feel more emotionally balanced, and create a plan that feels realistic and manageable.

I’m a triple board-certified psychiatrist in pediatrics, psychiatry, and child & adolescent psychiatry.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, practical, and structured.

I help patients understand not only what they’re feeling, but why they may be feeling that way. Treatment may include medication management, supportive therapy, practical coping strategies, and collaboration with therapists or other supports when helpful.

I want patients to feel heard, supported, and more confident navigating everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is supportive, thoughtful, and focused on understanding the bigger picture of what’s been going on.

We’ll talk about your current struggles, stressors, symptoms, strengths, and goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your emotional health, medical history, and daily functioning.

By the end of the session, you can expect more clarity about what may be contributing to your symptoms, along with a treatment plan that feels practical, personalized, and manageable.
