Great to meet you!

Typically, we wear many hats and life “tries” to deter us from making time for self-care. However, YOU are important so, give yourself permission to put YOU at the top of your to-do list. Self-care is not selfish, it is essential....YOU are essential. My goal is to support my clients holistically.....mentally, spiritually, socially, and physically. My clients are actively involved in their treatment plan that is tailored to their unique selves. I see clients for individual, couples, and family therapy. I support my clients with concerns around depression, anxiety, stress, and health management.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I pull from several evidence-based models to meet you exactly where you are. I blend cognitive-behavioral tools, family-systems insight, mindfulness, and relational techniques to create support that feels personalized and practical. I believe every person and every situation is unique, so I adapt my style to fit your needs, your strengths, and your goals. My goal is to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with strategies that truly work for your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we take things at your pace. We’ll explore your strengths, supports, and any immediate concerns so I can start building a plan that truly fits you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, this session is simply about getting to know you, helping you feel comfortable, and beginning a collaborative path toward healing and growth.
