Great to meet you!

I believe life may be hard, therapy shouldn't be. You have work to do to reach your goals, but that doesn't have to be a chore. This is a judgment free zone, built on supporting you as you grow. Whether you are experiencing distress related to your past or present, I will use creative, non-stressful methods to support you in identifying and being able to use your strengths. The primary goal is enhancing your self awareness towards healing so that you can lead the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach, enjoy working with each person as a unique individual to identify a healthy path towards reaching their personal goals. I help people find new perspectives in order to face challenges and let go of what is outside of their control; making the vital connections between what we think, how we feel and what we do.

What you can expect from me

There is strength in recognizing that all feelings have a place, and sometimes you have to go through it to get past it. There are ups and downs as a part of everyday life. Being able to cope with emotional distress is key to being able to better find and experience your joy. I would be honored to be part of this journey with you.
