Great to meet you!

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, burnout, or major life changes leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you. You may be carrying stress for so long that you've forgotten what it feels like to feel calm, hopeful, or understood.

With more than 23 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've worked in community mental health, advocacy, crisis intervention, and private practice helping adults navigate difficult seasons of life. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, grief and loss, end-of-life concerns, PTSD, and major transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely heard and supported as we work toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered to make changes that fit their lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.

I use person-centered, mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches to help clients understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with their resilience. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, identify your strengths, and create tools you can use in everyday life to manage stress, process grief, improve relationships, and navigate life's transitions with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions are simply a chance to get to know one another, without pressure or judgment. You'll have space to share your story, explore what's bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying the changes you'd like to make.

Clients often leave therapy feeling lighter, more hopeful, and better equipped to manage life's challenges. Over time, many experience reduced anxiety and stress, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, greater self-understanding, and increased confidence in navigating difficult emotions and transitions. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
