Great to meet you!

Welcome! I think of therapy as the opening of a conversation. Often, the struggles that bring us to therapy are actually invitations—doorways to growth, change, and new possibilities.

I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology and am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I offer Telehealth services to support clients throughout the state.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to the individual. I work collaboratively with each client to identify personal strengths and inner resources as the foundation for navigating life’s challenges. My style is warm, open, and actively engaged.

Specialties include: Anxiety, depression, trauma and post-traumatic growth, as well as major life transitions such as career change, separation/divorce, empty nesting, caregiving of an aging parent, grief and loss.

My work is grounded in psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive-behavioral, and somatic psychotherapy. I also draw from neuroscience, mindfulness practices, and attachment theory to support a holistic and integrative process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and exploring what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss any current challenges, what you hope to gain in therapy, and address any questions or concerns you may have. This initial conversation helps us start shaping a therapeutic approach that aligns with your needs and supports your growth.

My hope is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Therapy is a process that can support greater self-awareness, insight into patterns that block growth and connection, and more effective communication that fosters emotional intimacy. Together, we’ll explore new ways of relating—to yourself and others—that can bring greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom. Therapy can bring not just new insights—but meaningful shifts in how we experience our lives.

If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Please feel free to reach out.
