I utilize a blend of therapeutic modalities tailored to your goals including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Mindfulness Therapy.
