Great to meet you!

My approach to care is collaborative, holistic, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe mental health is not one-size-fits-all, so we work together to create a plan that fits your life, not just your diagnosis.

I combine medication management, when appropriate, with practical tools you can use in your everyday life. This may include coping skills, mindset work, lifestyle changes, and support with navigating challenges like parenting, relationships, or burnout.

I also focus on helping you build awareness and confidence so you can better understand your patterns, triggers, and strengths. For parents of neurodivergent children, I offer guidance, education, and support to help you feel more equipped and less overwhelmed.

Above all, I believe in meeting you where you are. Whether you are just starting your mental health journey or looking for more support, we will move at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you.

My approach to therapy

Your first session is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what brought you in, and how your symptoms are showing up in your daily life—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, trouble sleeping, feeling overwhelmed, or difficulty managing responsibilities.

I’ll ask some questions about your mental health history, medical background, lifestyle, and any stressors you’re currently facing. This helps me understand the full picture so we can create a plan that truly fits you.

If appropriate, we may also discuss treatment options, including whether medication could be helpful, along with practical tools and strategies you can start using right away.

You’ll have space to ask questions, share concerns, and be honest about what you need. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply the first step in working together.

By the end of the session, you can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of what’s going on and a plan for next steps that feels manageable and supportive.
