Great to meet you!

Please text for a consult: (310) 497-6667

My unique style, knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion are qualities that support and encourage the development of practical healing strategies to deal with relationship conflict, developmental trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety issues, career/occupational stress, and LGBT concerns. Transforming difficulties into opportunities for growth, connection, improved passion and potential is the key to effective therapy.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is engaging and directive, combining a holistic approach with training in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness based stress reduction, post induction therapy for trauma, and informed knowledge and application of 12-step recovery tools and spiritual principles.

What you can expect from me

I understand the challenges and resistance to making change on a personal or relational basis. If your interested in a fresh approach to therapy, I would love to meet YOU!
