Great to meet you!

Let’s be real: life can feel like a group project where you’re doing all the work and everyone else is eating glue. As a husband and a dad to four daughters, I live in a house where 'quiet' is a myth and 'chaos' is a roommate. I bring that same real-world energy to our sessions. I’m not a blank-slate therapist who just nods and asks how that makes you feel. I’m a guy who understands that anxiety and depression are heavy, but talking about them shouldn't feel like a dental appointment. If you’re looking for a therapist who gets the struggle and can still find the punchline, I’m your guy. Let’s get you scheduled.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative architecture project. Right now, you might feel like you're standing in a house with a shaky foundation, but we’re going to rebuild. Using the blueprints of CBT and the steadying tools of mindfulness, we’ll work side-by-side to strengthen your resilience. My approach isn't just about 'venting'—it’s about reclaiming your inner balance and designing a life where you don’t just survive the storm, but learn how to navigate it with a steady hand.

What you can expect from me

Think of our first session as a ‘vibe check’ rather than a deposition. You don’t need to show up with a PowerPoint presentation of your life’s problems or have all the answers ready. My main goal is to make sure you’re comfortable—which means no bright interrogation lights or stiff wooden chairs. We’ll basically have a relaxed conversation about what’s going on in your world and see if we click. If by the end of the hour you feel like, 'Yeah, this guy gets it,' then we’ve hit a home run. No pressure, no 'fixing' everything by minute fifty, just two humans talking. Easy as that.
