Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Latinx Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Early in my career, I worked extensively with foster/adopted youth, adolescents, and families/couples. I now focus my practice on working with adults and couples. I have experience working with depression/mood disorders (Bipolar), anxiety, Trauma (immigration, abuse, single event, etc.), PTSD, life transitions, relationship issues, culture and identity issues, stress and anger management, personality disorders, self-harm, and grief and loss, to name a few.

My approach to therapy

I am a Psychodynamic and Attachment theory based clinician and specialize in relationships and how the past influences your present behaviors. My approach is client-centered, meaning I don't have an agenda and incorporate trauma-informed care when interacting with my clients.

What you can expect from me

In sessions, I create a judgment-free zone and offer a safe space to be your true self. I am all about open communication and actively listening to my clients' needs. I hope this gave you a better picture of how I work.
