I am a licensed professional counselor specializing in crisis intervention, trauma response, ADHD, anxiety, post-partum, women’s issues, motherhood, parenting, PTSD, grief, religious trauma and divorce. With over 12 years of experience in private practice, emergency departments and high-intensity clinical environments, I support individuals and families navigating acute psychological distress, sudden loss and mental health crises. I work side by side with first responders, nurses, physicians, law enforcement, active and retired military and other mental health professionals, which gives me unique insight into the challenges we all face. I work with my clients to create a safe, calm, judgement free environment to empower them to find hope, a sense of control and meaningful help.

I offer a safe, compassionate environment that is free from judgement and full of grace. I approach each client's unique experiences and concerns with a kind, yet direct approach using trusted therapeutic interventions.
