My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from Family Systemic, Cognitive Behavior, Reality and DBT perspectives, meaning, I like to work with the individual as well as the family to address childhood trauma as well as traumas in our dating, single, work, parenting, and marriage experiences. We all have trauma/PTSD and if not addressed, we carry them into every relationship such as parenting, marriage, friendships, work environment and religious practice. God Bless. see you soon

What you can expect from me

As my client, you will experience the rich and diverse experience with over 40 years in the field who worked with a multicultural population as young as age three to senior citizens. I have a unique training and experience integrating theology, policing, psychology, being a Black male at a time that is fraught with racist, misogynistic, and alternative facts/lies.
