Great to meet you!

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or hopeless? Take a step towards healing today! I specialize in working with teens and adults who are struggling with anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, and traumatic experiences. As a LGBTQ+ and racial justice-allied therapist I recognize the impact discrimination, family conflict, and neurodiversity have on a person's life. It can be difficult to imagine a life without anxiety or depression, but with the right support you can regain a sense of hope and inner peace.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a trauma informed and somatic-focused approach to care which focuses on the connection between mind and body, which is essential in order to sort through distorted thinking patterns that stem from stress and trauma. I'm also trained in A.R.T which can accelerate your recovery from upsetting or traumatic experiences.

What you can expect from me

With warmth and empathy, I'll create a safe space for you to overcome these struggles and transition from simply surviving to thriving. Take the first step today and reach out for help so you can move forward in life with a sense of clarity, confidence, and inner peace. You deserve a brighter future!
