Great to meet you!

As an affirming therapist, I believe reflection, accountability, and unconditional warmth are keytones within the therapy space to begin healing from the coarseness of life. With 5+ years in mental health related positions, I am passionate about providing care to neurodivergent adults and children (8+) who want help with identity development, self-acceptance, and breaking free from societal expectations to embrace their unique strengths.

My approach to therapy

In your first session, we will explore how to work together to tether the healing process and deconstruct what brings you to therapy. Together we will develop clear, specific, goals that help you measure progress towards feeling at your best again. I use a combination of approaches to meet your personality and style of our session.

What you can expect from me

You can expect authentic reflections and open-minded perspectives when gently releasing any sensitive disclosure of yourself. Our space of healing is built on trust, integrity, and direct feedback to help families sustain everlasting change, fullness, and satisfaction in life.
