Great to meet you!

About Me - I’m Dr. K—a licensed clinical and educational psychologist with over 40 years of experience helping people get unstuck, feel understood, and find real relief from life’s emotional overload. I specialize in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, burnout, and relationship struggles—especially those who have been told they’re “too much,” “too sensitive,” or just never quite fit the mold.

I was diagnosed with autism (Asperger’s) as an adult, so I know what it’s like to live life trying to figure things out from the inside. That insight shapes the way I practice—with compassion, clarity, and tools that actually help.

You’ll get practical strategies, not just talk. I’ll meet you with warmth, structure, and a little humor when things feel heavy—because healing can be real and relatable.

My approach to therapy

Who I Work With

  • Adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, or burnout
  • Autistic and neurodivergent clients (diagnosed or self-identified)
  • People with ADHD, executive functioning, or emotional regulation challenges
  • Couples who care about each other but can’t seem to connect anymore
  • Parents juggling advocacy, IEPs, meltdowns, and exhaustion
  • Highly sensitive, deep-thinking, emotionally intense clients who feel stuck

If your nervous system is on overdrive, your emotions are on lockdown, or your relationships feel harder than they should—you don’t have to figure it out alone.

What you can expect from me
