Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. I believe therapy works best when there’s a strong, trusting connection, and I strive to create that through empathy, collaboration, and genuine care. I work with individuals who may be struggling with relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, or life transitions. Above all, my goal is for you to feel supported and empowered as you create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward helping you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build the confidence to move forward in a way that feels right for you. If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a session for us to connect and discuss more.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in attachment-informed and evidence-based practices, while remaining flexible to meet your unique needs. I value cultural sensitivity and aim to provide practical tools you can use in your everyday life—whether that’s improving communication, managing stress, or strengthening your sense of self.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions. In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, any concerns or challenges you’re facing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace—there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. You can expect me to listen with empathy, ask thoughtful questions, and work collaboratively with you to begin understanding your experiences and goals.

Together, we’ll start identifying what you’d like to work toward, whether that’s improving relationships, managing stress or anxiety, healing from past experiences, or navigating a life transition. We’ll also discuss how I can best support you and what the therapy process may look like moving forward.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for our work together.
