Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's Degree from Boston College. Most recently, I have been part of a private group practice seeing clients both in-person and via telehealth. Other practice settings include in-patient and outpatient substance abuse, EAP, medical, and nursing home work.

My approach to therapy

I work with individuals and couples to assist people in getting to their best selves. I employ a collaborative and psycho-dynamic approach to examine and address depression, stress, anxiety, conflict, adjustments, grief, loss, ADHD, self-esteem, substance use, Bi-Polar Disorder, parenting, and fertility issues. I can also provide communication and assertion skills for individuals and couples. I incorporate various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral, depending on where you are on your journey and what resonates most to you. I will also integrate Christian faith into treatment upon client's request.

What you can expect from me

Initially, it is important to establish a genuine relationship to build trust. It is within this safe zone that you can explore and learn best about yourself to feel better and enjoy your relationships more fully!
