Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges and move toward more fulfilling and meaningful lives. As a licensed therapist and Registered Play Therapist, I bring a broad perspective to support the emotional and developmental needs of young people while also working closely with families and schools when needed. I also enjoy working with adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and work-related stress. My goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel understood, build resilience, and create positive changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative experience, and it is important that we both agree on the path forward.

What you can expect from me

In my first session with a client, I like to better understand their background and concerns. It is a great opportunity to see if I am the right therapist for you.
