Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Dianitza, I’ve dedicated over 15 years of my life to the field of therapy, and it’s been an incredible journey filled with learning and growth. One of my core beliefs is that every person is unique, and I deeply respect the individuality of each client I work with. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I see our therapeutic relationship as a partnership, where your goals and well-being are at the forefront.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is founded on a holistic and client-centered philosophy. I believe in the power of collaboration between therapist and client. My approach combines evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a deep respect for the unique needs and circumstances of each person I work with. I draw from a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused therapy, among others.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away a range of valuable insights, skills, and benefits from therapy sessions, depending on their individual goals and the therapeutic approach used. Here are some common things clients can take away from therapy sessions: Self-awareness, coping strategies, improved communication, problem-solving skills, emotional regulation, increased self-esteem, relationship improvements, stress management, goal setting, healing and growth, validation, and enhanced quality of life.
