Great to meet you!

I believe in holistic care; treating the whole person. It's very difficult to be vulnerable and trust another person with your innermost thoughts. Ive been there. It's a journey, and it can be painful, but very healing. As a dually licensed counselor, I'd like to help you navigate this journey. Whether it's grief, anxiety, betrayal, trauma, I will offer you a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space so you can give voice to that pain. I will walk along side of you during this time and we'll work on your strengths and coping skills.

My approach to therapy

As a dually Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Addiction Counselor, my goal is to help you realize that addiction, depression and anxiety can be managed. While we can't change the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Your past does not define you. If you are feeling "stuck", I will walk alongside you to help you move forward. By applying complimentary counseling approaches and techniques, we will identify long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. Together we will create an individual treatment plan that's attainable.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to working with you in a safe, confidential setting to achieve your goals. My door is open to welcoming new clients. My hours are flexible and by appointment. I am available after normal business hours for your convenience. Please call or email me for a free 15 minute individual or couples consultation today.
