Great to meet you!

With 30+ years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I offer a compassionate and integrative approach to therapy. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humanistic, and relational modalities, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families through life’s transitions and challenges.

My approach to therapy

Central to my practice are the principles of authenticity, compassion, curiosity, and equality. Clients are empowered to challenge limiting beliefs, embrace self-forgiveness and self-compassion, and reframe their personal narratives to become both the author and main character of their own stories.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you'll have the opportunity to share your story and discuss what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve, ensuring you feel comfortable with my approach and style. It's natural to feel uncertain at the beginning, and I want to help create a safe, confidential space where your feelings and experiences are respected. Together, we'll explore questions like: Where do you find yourself right now? What changes are you hoping for? What would a positive outcome look like for you?
