Great to meet you!

As a board certified psychotherapist, I believe mental health is as important as physical health and is an intricate as important as physical health and is an intricate key to maintain joy and stability. Sometimes it’s hard to seek help so I want to make this step easy for you. I have been working with people of all ages and walks of life for many years now and I am looking so forward to meeting with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to work collaboratively with you to achieve the goals that you set in therapy. I like to keep a relaxed atmosphere so that you feel safe and it’s easy for you to divulge areas of your life that might otherwise be painful to express. It is my thought that relationship and rapport are 90% of therapy and I want to make sure that you’re comfortable and are able to optimize your experience.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin therapy with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what is your desired outcome in therapy. I will work with you on this. It’s important to me that you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I know that sharing your story can leave you feeling vulnerable and I want you to feel safe and secure.

As we work together in the following sessions, I will help you on your journey to achieve your goals.
