Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of anxiety, stress, grief, caregiving responsibilities, health concerns, or major life changes. You may be used to putting everyone else's needs first while quietly struggling to manage your own emotions, relationships, and well-being.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 16 years of experience, I help adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management concerns, grief and loss, women's issues, ADHD, chronic health conditions, infertility, family conflict, and major life transitions.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while also providing tools you can use in everyday life.

I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches to help clients identify unhelpful patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and move toward their goals.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, coping with loss, managing a chronic medical condition, or adjusting to changes in your relationships or family, we'll work together to create a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.

I believe meaningful growth happens when people feel both supported and empowered, and I strive to provide a balance of compassion, accountability, and encouragement throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope will be different in your life moving forward.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. Together, we'll identify the challenges you're facing, clarify your goals, and develop practical next steps that help you feel more confident and in control.

Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in old patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward. Over time, many experience:

  • Reduced anxiety and stress
  • Improved coping skills
  • Greater confidence and self-awareness
  • Healthier relationships and boundaries
  • Support through grief, caregiving, or life transitions
  • A stronger sense of balance and emotional well-being

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate whatever chapter of life you're currently facing.
