Great to meet you!

  • I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely heard. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I strive to create an environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.
  • I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional or personal difficulties. As a bilingual therapist providing services in both English and Spanish, I value cultural responsiveness and understand the importance of feeling understood within the therapeutic process.
  • My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, recognize their strengths, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges while creating meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s individual needs and experiences. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating strengths-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches to help clients better understand themselves, manage emotional challenges, and develop healthier coping strategies.
  • I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I work closely with clients to create goals that feel meaningful and realistic for them. My goal is to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions while building the tools, insight, and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

  • Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make the process feel as comfortable and supportive as possible. During our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, explore the challenges or stressors you may be experiencing, and discuss what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.
  • You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, begin building a sense of trust and connection, and create goals that feel meaningful and manageable for you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, and I want clients to feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.
