Are you often questioning yourself? Wondering how to navigate your relationships and where to go in your career? Do you struggle with social, spiritual or interpersonal conflict? Do you find that your difficulty with managing stress is impeding on your ability to be successful or functional? These questions are very common; the solutions, however, are often uncommon, but instead may feel complicated. Fortunately, addressing these questions do not have to remain a mystery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Within my 14 years of practice, I have use a collaborative evidence based approach to counseling with the following modalities; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strengths based therapy (SBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) principles. I also utilize a solution-focused, approach to assist individuals with addressing personal, family, & professional issues including relationship concerns, stress management, identity, spirituality and life issues.

I have worked with clients in addressing addictions, mental health disorders as well as removing social and economic barriers.
