Great to meet you!

I am an energetic and compassionate Clinical Mental Health Counselor dedicated to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow and heal. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University with a specialization in Addiction Counseling.

My experience primarily includes working with adults ages 18 and older navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress management, substance use, and emotional regulation. I also have experience working with adolescents and understand the unique challenges that can arise during those developmental years.

My approach to therapy

I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an authentic, compassionate, and supportive environment where they feel heard without judgment. I believe in building genuine therapeutic relationships and meeting clients where they are in their journey. Together, we will work collaboratively to explore challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful progress toward personal goals.
