When relationships feel disconnected, anxiety becomes overwhelming, or you're struggling to feel fully understood and accepted, it can be difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship issues, and men's issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, disconnected from themselves, or carrying the weight of experiences they have never fully processed. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, exploring your identity, coping with past experiences, managing stress, or trying to build a stronger sense of self, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth.
