Great to meet you!

When relationships feel disconnected, anxiety becomes overwhelming, or you're struggling to feel fully understood and accepted, it can be difficult to know where to turn. I work with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, trauma, LGBTQIA+ concerns, relationship issues, and men's issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, disconnected from themselves, or carrying the weight of experiences they have never fully processed. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, exploring your identity, coping with past experiences, managing stress, or trying to build a stronger sense of self, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly while developing practical tools that support lasting growth. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and compassionate, creating a space where clients can better understand the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be contributing to their current challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method principles, Behavioral Activation, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused approaches to help clients create meaningful change. Together, we may explore anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, LGBTQIA+ concerns, men's issues, ADHD, OCD, cultural identity concerns, grief, stress management, emotional regulation, and self esteem challenges. Therapy is tailored to your goals and focused on helping you develop healthier coping strategies, stronger communication skills, and deeper self awareness.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, affirming, and judgment free environment where you feel respected, heard, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to create. As we work together, you can develop healthier relationships, improved emotional regulation, stronger confidence, greater resilience, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity concerns, relationship challenges, or major life transitions, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered to move forward with authenticity, confidence, and purpose.
