Great to meet you!

If you’re searching for a warm, attentive therapist to accompany you on your journey of healing and self-improvement, you’re in the right place. I offer a safe space for adults to build self-confidence, explore identity, heal from the past, improve relationships, & learn emotion regulation. Common topics in my practice include trauma, abuse, grief, loss, inadequacy, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, value alignment, somatic awareness, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

Understanding humans through the context of their culture and identity is an essential part of my clinical lens. I uplift and empower folks to see their inherent human worth. My experience includes navigating cultural/racial trauma, intergenerational trauma, shame and guilt, and attachment wounds. I specialize in EMDR trauma therapy to facilitate healing. Together, we can guide your inner voice from criticism to compassion so you can feel more secure in yourself and your relationships.

What you can expect from me

As an encouraging and nonjudgmental therapist with over a decade of clinical experience, I value authentic connection with my clients and will hold you in unconditional positive regard to meet you where you are. When you're ready to take the next step in personal growth, I would love to join you on your journey of becoming your best, most genuine self!
