Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported. I value creating a welcoming environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, challenges, and goals at their own pace. I appreciate the importance of spirituality, diversity, and inclusion, and I strive to honor each client’s unique life journey and personal values throughout the therapeutic process.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, appreciating art and film, and continuing to learn from different cultures and perspectives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I work closely with clients to identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that support growth, healing, and long-term well-being. I believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and creating a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they work toward healthier patterns and greater self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know them, understanding what brings them to therapy, and discussing their goals for treatment. We will also talk through any questions or concerns they may have and begin creating a plan that feels comfortable, realistic, and aligned with their needs. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
